"Darn Tough makes some great socks. I have had over 30 pairs in the last two decades. Their warranty is out of this world. These specific socks I wear while in uniform, they perform great in the field and in garrison. I also wear them in my civilian job where work boots are required. "Well, they look good and feel good. I mean, I just got them. So I'm on my feet all day, every day, I've had other Marina wool socks that I wear a year around, but the ball of my foot and the heel always wear out, so we'll see how these do. I like how they fit, they fit my feet perfectly. I got a size medium and the heel is not halfway up my Achilles tendon. So that's always good, I'm gonna go back and get some crew socks because I like them that much with a warranty like these anyway. I don't know why anybody Would buy a different brand of sock?"

Are these socks made with 100% wool?
We don't carry any 100% wool socks. A 100% Merino Wool sock would lack durability, and not provide the comfortably snug fit necessary for athletic adventures. When looking at our sock percentages, the Merino Wool is the body of the sock, Lycra Spandex is the bones/structure of the sock and Nylon is the reinforcement and is where the durability comes from.
